The Little Guy Leighton Farm and Kimberly Clark wish to welcome the "Little Guy". I would like to thank everyone who helped make this happen for him. Lindy came through when many people wouldn't. She took action, rather than standing by and witnessing the suffering of an innocent. Lisa Amarino who tirelessly works to improve the lives of thorougbreds everywhere. Everyone who is supporting and helping to get this guy healthy and happy.
These are other horses at that place.
The following pictures were taken upon his arrival at Leighton Farm. "Little Guy" enjoyed 20 minutes grazing in the round pen. Followed by one handful of grain and a flake of hay. Over time these intervals will increase. Today, he'll be groomed and loved on a bit. I'd like to mention that he is a wonderful barn guest. He kept his stall very clean, placing all of his waste in a neat pile in one corner and cleaning up every last molecule of hay.
In the coming days we'll update and add to these pictures, so check back to keep up on his progress. Thank you for all of your support. This wouldn't be happening without the support of a lot of people. Also, he needs a name. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I already have a "Lucky". He's a cat we rescued five years ago!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you so very much for all of your help and support.
